  • Redesigned the core functionality of the app with a new method to acquire, process, and display data
  • Reduced the delay between audio streaming and render updates by ~50%
  • Created a virtual oscilloscope to visualize waveforms from raw audio data
  • Built an audio spectrum analyzer by implementing a version of the Cooley-Tukey Fast Fourier Transform algorithm to decompose and display frequency components of the incoming audio signal
